Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) – Growth Opportunity in a Specialized Implant Practice
Build Something Special With Us
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice on a part-time basis, starting with one day per week.
This is a unique opportunity for a hygienist who is interested in working with a growing implant and prosthetic practice while helping patients maintain their oral health, confidence, and quality of life.
Our practice focuses heavily on dental implants, implant-supported restorations, dentures, and partial dentures, creating an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills while building long-term patient relationships.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Professional dental hygiene services and preventative care
Maintenance and cleaning of dental implants and implant-supported restorations
Routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Assessment and monitoring of oral health conditions
Patient education regarding implant care, oral hygiene, and preventative treatment
Working closely with the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment plans
Building strong relationships with patients through compassionate and personalized care
What We're Looking For
Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Gentle, compassionate chairside manner
Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
Interest in implant maintenance and restorative dentistry
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Experience with implant maintenance is an asset, but we are happy to support additional training for the right candidate.
What We Offer
Starting schedule of approximately one day per week
Established patient base provided
Fully equipped operatory and clinical support
Competitive compensation, starting at approximately $50/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Flexible and supportive work environment
Opportunity to help grow a specialized implant-focused practice
Long-Term Growth Opportunities
We are looking for someone interested in growing alongside our practice.
As our implant and restorative patient base continues to expand, there will be opportunities to:
Increase clinical days and patient volume
Develop expertise in implant maintenance and implant-supported prosthetics
Build long-term relationships with a loyal patient base
Participate in practice growth initiatives
Explore future partnership, associate, or leadership opportunities for the right individual
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist seeking more than just a hygiene position—someone who wants to be part of building a modern, patient-centered implant and restorative practice.
If you are passionate about patient care, professional growth, and helping patients protect their investment in their oral health, we would love to hear from you.
Apply today and grow with us as we continue to expand our specialized implant and restorative services.
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
