Gentle Hearts Dental is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Wisconsin Rapids. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, patient-centered environment where comfort, trust, and high-quality care come first.

Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Gentle Hearts Dental, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional preventive care. You’ll work closely with our dentists and team to ensure each patient receives personalized, gentle treatment in a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Conduct oral health assessments and charting
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
Assist in developing individualized care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wisconsin
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Gentle chairside manner with a focus on patient comfort
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
