First Impression Dental is a fully digital, technology-forward general dentistry practice located on Mass Ave in Arlington. We are a one-doctor, relationship-based office focused on providing thoughtful, unrushed care — and creating a genuinely supportive environment for our team.
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who values excellence, patient education, and a balanced, respectful workday.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive care: prophy, perio maintenance, fluoride, sealants
Take and review digital radiographs
Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
Work closely with the dentist to support personalized treatment planning
Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License
Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-oriented mindset and pride in delivering high-quality care
Experience preferred, but we welcome the right fit
