Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system.
Assist the dentist during procedures, providing support and ensuring patient comfort.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Manage patient records and appointments using Abeldent
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
Skills
Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatrics is advantageous for specialized patient care.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred.
Proficiency in using Abeldent practice management software.
