Dental Hygienist – 3 Days/Week with Full-Time Opportunity

Smile Perfection is a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Livingston, NJ. We are looking for a caring and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

The position will initially be 3 days per week — Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday — with the opportunity and expectation to transition to full-time in the near future.

We are looking for someone who is gentle, thorough, dependable, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing as needed
Take digital X-rays
Complete periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Work closely with the dentist on examinations and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Valid New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and team-oriented personality
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
