Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Crowe Dental Associates
Seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established practice in the heart of Chicago's Loop. We've built our reputation by providing exceptional patient care and fostering long-term relationships with generations of patients.
Our doctors are committed to clinical excellence and lifelong learning, utilizing the latest technology and evidence-based techniques to deliver outstanding dental care. We are looking for a hygienist who shares our passion for personalized treatment, patient education, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and preventive treatments.
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention.
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records.
Collaborate closely with doctors to develop individualized treatment plans.
Build trusting, long-lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care and excellent communication.
Maintain the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Current Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license.
CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
Experience with digital dental technology and electronic health records is preferred.
New graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Currently renovating a brand new office with new equipment in the same building as our current office expected move in Spring 2027.
No Friday or weekend hours.
Facial esthetic treatments (botox, filler)
