We’re a privately-owned & thriving dental office in Orillia, ON seeking a reliable & enthusiastic Hygenist to join us. We believe in rewarding our entire clinical team for the effort they put into caring for our patients & helping our business grow. That’s why we offer compensation as high as $80/hr plus the opportunity to easily earn bonuses & other incentives. We also have a philosophy of promoting internally & providing career support.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct oral health assessments
Screen for signs of oral diseases such as gum disease and cavities
Perform preventive procedures including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
Take and develop X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and personalized care strategies
Collaborate closely with the dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and assist in treatment planning
Stay current on best practices in dental hygiene and adhere to strict infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
Friendly, reliable, and committed to patient care
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
Enthusiastic about learning and professional growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$58.00 per hour
