We are a new dental office in town looking for a hygienist full time or part time. You pick the days! We will work around your schedule. Peak Dental is a single-doctor practice using the latest technology.
Duties
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience
-No experience necessary, but desired
- Proficient in using dental software for patient management
- Familiarity with dental terminology, dental coding, and dental documentation
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in [state]
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and desire to work in a patient centered atmosphere
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate effectively with other dental professionals
- Knowledge of anatomy and understanding of vital signs
