Job Description
Dental Hygienist, Full-Time: Cosmetic & Aesthetic Practice
We're a cosmetic and aesthetic dental practice in Saint Johns, FL. We accept PPO insurance plans, and we're proud to care for veterans through the VA and active-duty military through TRICARE. Patients come to us for exceptional dentistry and stay for the experience. We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical precision and treats every appointment as a hospitality experience.
What you'll do
Provide thorough, detail-oriented hygiene care: prophys, scaling and root planing, perio maintenance and full periodontal charting and 3D scanning.
Take radiographs and high-quality intraoral photographs that support diagnosis and case planning
Screen for oral cancer, caries and periodontal disease, and communicate findings clearly to the doctor
Educate patients with warmth and clarity so they understand their care and their cosmetic options
Give every guest a calm, polished experience from greeting to follow-up
Work closely with the doctor and team so care feels seamless
What you bring
Active RDH license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification (where applicable)
A hospitality mindset: you read people well, communicate warmly and care about the details
High standards for clinical work and infection control
Experience in a cosmetic practice is a plus
Experience caring for veterans and military patients is a plus
Interest in intraoral photography is a plus
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8-430
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
No weekends
Compensation & benefits
$45–$55/hour, based on experience
