Job Description
Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | Zenith Dental & Implant Center (Davenport, FL)
We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who thrives in a smaller, private office setting where patients aren't just a number. If you love being part of a tight-knit team and genuinely enjoy spending time with patients, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing:
Owning your patients' recare — making sure they stay on track with cleanings and exams, not just during the visit but follow-up too
Assisting with new patient exams alongside the doctor
Using your one-on-one time to really educate patients about their oral health — you're often the one with the most time to help them understand what's going on and why it matters
Working closely with a small team where everyone knows each other and pitches in
Building real relationships with patients over time, not seeing a new face every 20 minutes
What we're hoping you bring:
Active FL Dental Hygiene license
A team player mentality — you like being part of something small and close-knit
Patience and genuine interest in educating patients, not just performing the cleaning
Someone who takes ownership of keeping patients on schedule for their recare
