Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Dental Hygienist for Milwaukee Health Service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a full-time outpatient clinical role focused on preventive dental care, patient education, and supporting comprehensive treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.
NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
The Dental Hygienist will work within a team-based environment with established workflows and clinical support. Appointments begin at one hour, with the opportunity to transition to a consistent 45-minute appointment schedule once acclimated.
COMPENSATION
$45.00–$50.00 per hour
NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 with a two-year commitment
Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement for travel between nearby clinic locations
SCHEDULE
Four-day work week
Flexible start time
Team schedules run approximately 7:30 or 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 5:30 PM
30-minute lunch
No call
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide preventive dental care to pediatric and adult patients.
Perform dental cleanings.
Provide fluoride treatments.
Apply sealants.
Provide patient education regarding oral health and preventive care.
Support comprehensive dental treatment plans.
Work collaboratively within a team-based outpatient dental setting.
Travel between nearby clinic locations when needed.

Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure REQUIRED
Comfortable providing preventive dental care to pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
Ability to perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient education REQUIRED
Ability to work effectively within a team-based dental environment REQUIRED
Ability and willingness to travel between nearby clinic locations as needed REQUIRED
