Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for an established outpatient dental practice in Aiken, South Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Join an established outpatient dental practice providing preventive and patient-centered care
Work alongside an experienced clinical team in an organized practice environment
Manage a quality-focused patient schedule averaging 6-8 patients daily
Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a production bonus program when eligibility requirements are met
Weekday-only schedule with no weekend requirements
COMPENSATION
Base Hourly Pay: $40-$44 Based on Experience
Eligible to earn 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
SCHEDULE
Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM
32-36 Hours Per Week
No Weekends
ROLE
Provide preventive dental hygiene services
Deliver patient education and oral health counseling
Document patient care accurately
Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver quality patient care
