Job Description

If you've worked in insurance-driven practices, you know the feeling: rushed appointments, assembly-line cleanings, guests who don't value what you do because they're just there for what their plan covers.
I built Deering Dental to be the opposite of that.
We're a fee-for-service, functional and biomimetic practice. We treat the mouth as part of the body—looking at teeth, gums, airway, sleep, bite, and the oral microbiome to find root causes instead of patching symptoms. This approach has produced an 86.5% drop in root canals and a 90% drop in crowns. Our guests invest in prevention and long-term health, which means you'll spend your time on education, thorough care, and meaningful treatment—not churning through cleanings.
What this role looks like:
You'll see 6-8 guests per day with 40-60 minutes per appointment. You'll use AI cavity detection, CBCT imaging, and intraoral scanners. You'll educate guests on how oral health connects to whole-body health. Fridays are protected for training, case reviews, and skill development—not patient care.
Compensation:
$45–$55/hr based on experience
Guaranteed hours
