Registered Dental Hygienist – 4 Days/Week (Ferris, TX)
About Our Practice
We’re a growing, private practice, fee-for-service/PPO dental office in Ferris, TX—just south of Dallas. Our main priorities are high-quality care and a supportive team culture (teamwork!!). As a hygienist here, you will have time and autonomy to practice at your fullest!
What We Offer
4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday 8-5) — no Fridays (optional half-days available on Fridays if desired)
Minimum 1-hour appointments for adult prophylaxis; 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2-quadrant SRPs
No assisted hygiene
Mentorship & collaboration with a hands-on, supportive owner dentist
Cavitron and new sharp instruments!
A practice focused on quality care, not volume
Competitive pay and benefits package (commensurate with experience)
What We’re Looking For
A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Texas (new grads welcome to apply!)
Positive attitude, willingness to be coached
Willing to help everyone in the office and work as a team
Spanish speaking is a plus!
Other duties include: sterilization, room turnover, infection control, scheduling recall
