Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – 3 Days/Week (Tue, Wed, Thu)

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Retirement: Simple IRA with company match

Paid Holidays: Offered immediately
Patient Focus: 60-minute appointment blocks allocated per adult prophy
Schedule
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Status: Part-time (3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Conduct initial health screenings and review comprehensive oral health history.
Diagnostics: Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
Preventative Care: Perform thorough cleanings, remove plaque, and apply preventative treatments like fluoride.
Patient Education: Educate patients of all ages on proper home care and brushing techniques.
Clinical Tasks: Take high-quality digital X-rays and maintain accurate, detailed patient charts.
Collaboration: Partner with the dentist to help patients select appropriate treatment plans.
Operations: Monitor and help maintain hygiene supply inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure: Valid and current state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH).
Communication: Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Personality: A patient, friendly, and genuinely caring demeanor.
Clinical Excellence: Strong attention to detail and dedication to comprehensive care.
