Registered Dental Hygienist – Advanced Dental Care of Springfield
$38–$43/hour | Four-Day Work Week | New Grads Welcome!
Looking for a practice where you'll be supported, appreciated, and genuinely enjoy coming to work? Advanced Dental Care of Springfield is looking for a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our outstanding team!
Our well-established practice has earned an exceptional reputation throughout the Springfield community by delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming, modern environment. You'll work alongside experienced doctors and a collaborative team that values your clinical skills, supports your professional growth, and treats you like family.
Schedule
Monday & Tuesday: 7:20 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 7:20 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 6:20 AM – 2:00 PM
Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with three-day weekends every week.

What You'll Do
Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings and SRP
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with doctors to deliver comprehensive treatment
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols while creating a comfortable patient experience
What We're Looking For
Current Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility)
New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
