About the Job
At Lakeview Dental, you'll control your own schedule and enjoy a supportive, no-drama work environment. With the opportunity to make commission on top of a competitive hourly rate (based on experience), you'll be successful if you are goal-oriented and prioritize patient care.
We do celebrations when we meet our monthly goals, like shopping sprees and massages! And if we meet our yearly goal, we go on a cruise!

At Lakeview Dental, we provide a higher level of service by sharing:
TIME: We take time to show and explain so patients understand their oral health.
TECHNOLOGY: We use the highest quality of materials and technology to make sure our treatment is accurate and lasts as long as possible.
TRANSFORMATIONS: Our providers are incredibly experienced, especially in full-mouth rehabilitation. We transform patients' health, smiles, and lives on a daily basis.
Lakeview Dental is a Fee-For-Service practice, which means that our treatment plans and costs are not dictated by insurance. Our decision-making is purely patient-driven.
Our office is searching for a Dental Hygienist to perform cleanings of all kinds and serve our patients. The ideal candidate will enjoy working and improving efficiency. A great day for them would be when they were able to go above and beyond to help a patient overcome their anxiety or feel understood. We do not tolerate drama in the office and seek to have positive communication and mutual support for the back and the front.
Responsibilities:
Perform Teeth Cleanings
Diagnose & Perform Periodontal Therapy
Apply flouride and sealants
Develop rapport with patients
Imaging as needed
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Dental Charting in Open Dental
Inventory Management
Equipment Maintenance
Support other team members
Requirements:
Hygienist License
X-ray certification
Spanish is a plus
Pay: $45.00 - $90.00 per hour
