What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures

Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance

Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)

Periodontal charting

Digital radiographs

Fluoride treatments

Patient education and preventive care

Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix

Qualifications

Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—we welcome new graduates and pending license applicants)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience providing comprehensive hygiene care, including:
Periodontal charting

Digital X-rays

Prophylaxis

Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)

Fluoride treatments

Patient education

Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care

Comfortable using or willing to learn modern dental technology
