Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our small, patient‑focused dental practice. Must have active RDH license and current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to ensure optimal oral health.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, vital signs, and dental charts to inform treatment plans.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong healthy habits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring proper technique while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Manage electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems accurately, documenting treatment details, medical records, and dental terminology with precision.
Maintain infection prevention protocols by adhering to HIPAA regulations, sterilization procedures, and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for all.
Pay: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
