Job description
Valley Arts Dental is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

We are a well-established, patient-centered dental practice committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities:
Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP as needed
Take digital radiographs
Conduct periodontal charting and patient assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist license
Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
