Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: 5175 E. Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 201, Long Beach, CA 90804
Compensation: $59–$62 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Available

We are seeking a skilled and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home maintenance
Administer local anesthesia (where permitted by California licensure)
Perform scaling and root planing as indicated
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes
Assist the dentist in identifying treatment needs and discussing findings with patients
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Foster a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification preferred
Experience with digital charting and dental software
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
