Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at our Richmond, IN. Under the supervision of a licensed dentist, you will provide high-quality dental hygiene services that support our whole-person care model.

Dental Hygienist Key Responsibilities
Perform hygiene care under an Access Practice Agreement when applicable
Complete all hygiene duties as directed by the supervising dentist
Obtain dental histories; assess, document, and maintain patient records
Prepare patients for dental examinations
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and disease management
Perform scaling and make appropriate referrals
Recommend community resources and support continuity of care
Follow infection control, OSHA, and CLIA standards
Maintain licensure, CPR certification, and ongoing professional development
Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all agency policies
Participate in meetings, trainings, committees, and other duties as assigned
Dental Hygienist Qualifications
Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
Current Indiana Dental Hygiene License
Two years of experience preferred
