A dedicated and experienced Hygienist. This pivotal role involves overseeing the clinical team, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with dental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in adult and pediatric dentistry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental clinic setting is required.
Familiarity with dental terminology and systems is essential for effective communication within the team.
Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar practice management software is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining patient records and clinic operations.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.
