Job Title: Licensed Dental Hygienist (Full-Time, 4+ Days/Week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time (4 or 5 days per week). The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education and preventive care. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Prophies and periodontal therapy
1-hour adult prophylaxis appointments
90-minute new patient appointments
Take and review dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
Assist dentists with exams and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Active Dental Hygienist license (state of Minnesota)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to patient care and comfort
Compensation
Hourly pay starting at $48+, based on experience
