Dental Hygienist

Health Sense Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at the Health Sense Campus in Excelsior, Minnesota. We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, educating patients, and taking an active role in the continued growth and success of a well-established private practice.

We are a private, one-doctor practice with a loyal and established patient base. Many of our patients have been with the practice for decades and value the relationships they have built with our team.

Position Details
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Flexible schedule and hours
Practice open Monday - Thursday
No evenings or weekends
Typical recall appointments scheduled for 60 minutes
SRP appointments scheduled for 90 minutes
Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Build strong patient relationships and support an exceptional patient experience
Collaborate with the doctor and team to support practice growth
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Current Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Commitment to excellent patient care
