Bushnell Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team!

We are an established, busy general dental practice providing comprehensive dental care for our patients. Our practice offers a wide range of services, and we take pride in providing quality dentistry in a welcoming, professional environment.

We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care, enjoys building relationships with patients, and works well as part of a team.

What You'll Do
· Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
· Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
· Periodontal charting and periodontal therapy as indicated
· Take and review dental radiographs as appropriate
· Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and periodontal health
· Identify and communicate areas of concern to the dentist
· Assist with periodontal treatment planning
· Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
· Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
· Maintain a clean, organized operatory
· Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
· Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
· Licensed and in good standing as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida
· Dependable and punctual
· Compassionate and personable
· Professional and confident with patients
· Thorough and detail-oriented
· Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player
· Organized and efficient
· Passionate about preventive and periodontal care
· Able to communicate treatment needs clearly and professionally
· Someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know and care for their patients
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
· Current Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license
· Current CPR certification
· Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
Preferred:
· Previous private-practice experience
· Experience with Dentrix and digital dental systems
· Strong periodontal assessment and patient-education skills
