Dental Hygienist | $68–$72/hr + $2,500 Bonus | Flexible FT/PT

My Dental Co is a privately owned dental practice in Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs. We are growing and adding provider hours, so we’re looking for a dental hygienist who wants excellent support, clear communication, competitive pay, and a true dental home where they can thrive long term.

Schedule:
We offer full-time and part-time options. Evening and Saturday availability is strongly preferred. This role may include 1–2 evenings per week and up to 2 Saturdays per month, depending on the schedule that is the best fit.

Our hygiene schedule includes traditional one-column hygiene for part of the day, with the option of an assisted accelerated hygiene block in the afternoon. During the accelerated block, hygienists receive an additional $25 for each second-column patient, because we believe increased production should come with increased compensation and proper support.
