As the premier dental boutique in southeastern NC, we empower our team to deliver transformative dentistry with a focus on elevated care. Our practice has been featured in various publications and news outlets (Sidekick, Dental Products Report, Wilmington Business Journal, WILMA, Wilmington Magazine, WECT, WWAY) as changing what it means to go to the dentist.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN A POTENTIAL NEW TEAM MEMBER?
Our team members are positive, eager to learn, put their best foot forward, and show kindness and respect to each other and our clients. They are consistent and efficient in delivering The Renaissance Experience.
Our Dental Hygienists provide personalized non-surgical periodontal therapy and preventative maintenance to a range of patients of all ages (3 to seniors) for 7-8 hour shifts. They are certified Guided Biofilm Therapy technicians and execute their own local anesthetic administration. They are proficient at patient diagnostics, to include annual iTero scans, CBCT, and occasional extraoral photos. They use a full hour to educate patients (and their families) on conditions like periodontitis, malocclusion and bruxism, as well as our esthetic dental services. There are supportive team members to help our hygienists with the flow of each appointment (room turnover, xrays, iTero, scheduling).
Since we understand that potential hygienists who encompass our practice’s values do not always come with experience in our various technologies, we are prepared to grow a coachable applicant.
