Megan E. Stowers Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established pediatric dental practice in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
If you enjoy working with children, educating families, and creating positive dental experiences, we'd love to meet you! Our team is committed to providing exceptional pediatric dental care in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment where every child feels comfortable and every team member is valued.
Position Details
Full-time preferred (Part-time applicants are welcome to apply)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Daytime schedule
No evenings
No weekends
Responsibilities
Perform dental prophylaxis and preventive hygiene services for pediatric patients.
Conduct oral health assessments.
Take digital dental radiographs.
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants.
Provide oral hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling for children and parents.
Chart accurately using electronic dental records.
Maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards.
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Help create a positive, fun, and anxiety-free experience for every child.
Qualifications
Required:
Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Preferred:
Pediatric dental experience
Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records
