We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and help us continue delivering outstanding patient experiences.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
Starting at $60+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No late evenings or weekend hours
Work with industry-leading technology, including:

iCAT CBCT

Diode Laser
Piezo Ultrasonic
Cavitron
We prioritize quality care over rushing appointments:
60-minute Prophy/PM appointments
90-minute New Patient appointments
90-minute SRP appointments

What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting
Take digital radiographs
Provide SRP and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Build lasting relationships with patients and families
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive treatment
Qualifications
Active Virginia Dental Hygienist License (or awaiting licensure)
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Knowledge of all aspects of clinical dental hygiene
Experience with digital dentistry and modern hygiene technologies
Passion for comprehensive patient care
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
