Battlefield Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based at Battlefield Family Dentistry in Chesapeake, VA.

We are looking for a hygienist who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative clinical environment. Our hygienists play an essential role in supporting preventive care, educating patients, and contributing to a positive, high-performing hygiene department. We welcome both experienced hygienists and early-career clinicians who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with practice leadership and the clinical team to:
Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients on oral health, recommended treatment, and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards
Promote strong communication and collaboration between hygiene, doctors, and the business team
Help strengthen patient retention, reappointment, and preventive care compliance
Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and support practice operations

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the expectations of the role. The Dental Hygienist receives:
Hourly pay of $50 - $60 per hour, based on experience
Eligibility for individual hygiene bonuses
Eligibility for practice performance bonuses
