Job Description
We are a busy, privately owned dental practice seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team and take over an already established, full hygiene schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality patient care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to work in a supportive, low-stress environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Four-day work week with no evenings or weekends

We believe exceptional dentistry starts with taking time to care for people. We schedule a full hour for hygiene appointments, allowing our hygienists to provide thorough care without feeling rushed. You can expect to see an average of eight patients per day while working with a loyal, established patient base that values the relationships we have built over many years.
Our small team is committed to creating a positive work environment where quality of care, professionalism, and patient experience come first.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Take initiative and manage their schedule efficiently
Enjoy building rapport with patients and providing personalized care
Be comfortable performing periodontal therapy, including SRP and follow-up maintenance visits
Work well as part of a close-knit team
Qualifications:
Current Dental Hygienist license
Current X-ray certification
Local anesthesia certification preferred, but not required
Experience with periodontal treatment and patient education
