Mint Dental Loft is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal hygienist is:
A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in California
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Passionate about patient education and preventive care
Comfortable discussing periodontal health and recommended treatment
Detail-oriented and thorough
Confident communicating with patients of all backgrounds
Comfortable working in a modern, technology-driven dental office
Interested in continuing education and expanding clinical skills
Someone who genuinely cares about the patient experience
Experience with GBT, AIRFLOW, periodontal therapy, or advanced dental technology is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist who wants to become an integral part of our growing practice.

This is an opportunity to join a practice where hygiene is an important part of the overall patient experience, not simply a production department.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and dental team while developing a strong clinical skill set and learning a comprehensive, technology-driven approach to hygiene and periodontal care.
