Sol Dental Studio is a modern, cosmetic and health-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering elevated, patient-first care.

We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing team on every other Saturday only. This position is best suited for supplemental income and there is potential for additional days in the future.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal assessments
Perform dental hygiene examinations and monitor patients' oral health and periodontal conditions
Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as required and in accordance with provincial regulations
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, nutrition, and home-care routines
Identify and communicate areas of concern to the dentist and collaborate on comprehensive treatment planning
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and patient records
Take intraoral photographs and utilize digital technology to support diagnosis and patient education
Maintain proper infection prevention and control protocols
Ensure hygiene treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
Help create a welcoming, calm, and elevated patient experience
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sol Dental Studio's standards of care
Qualifications
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to educate patients in a friendly and approachable manner
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the dental team
Hours of Work
Alternating Saturdays: 9am – 3pm
