Job Description
**Job Overview:**
Sound Sleep Medical is one of the fastest growing healthcare providers, with six locations in Utah locations and two in Nevada. We provide oral appliance solutions to treat sleep apnea and snoring. We’re looking for an intelligent, friendly, independent, and creative Dental Hygienist to join our fast-paced offices in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will provide quality care and assist patients who are beginning their journey for treating sleep apnea.
**Duties:**
Conduct telephone consultations with patients.
Review and assess patient candidacy for use of an oral appliance.
Perform oral scans of patients' teeth.
Provide excellent patient care.
Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
Maintain patient records and charts.
Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Identify and assess patients; needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of patients' interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
