At Modern Dentistry of Minnetonka, we are planning big things! We are hoping to create a lasting partnership with another skilled clinician to better serve our growing patient population.

Our increased periodontal and hygiene demand requires us to seek a motivated dental hygienist eager to provide comprehensive periodontal care. While we prioritize a patient-first mentality at our office, we believe that the employee experience is just as important!

COMPENSATION: $60-68/hour base pay + bonus opportunities
We offer a competitive hourly wage with monthly bonuses that reward those committed to providing quality, comprehensive care. Full-time hygienists are also eligible for healthcare premium reimbursement, subsidized professional fees, reimbursement for CE courses, 3% non-elective contribution to 401(k), and paid vacation and holidays. Our employees are our greatest assets and we believe in compensating them as such.

In this position, you will:
Provide dental hygiene procedures, including adjunctive treatments such as SDF application, whitening, and oral cancer exams
Take x-rays, intraoral photos, digital and analog impressions
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
Educate patients on preventative protocols
Demonstrate competency in Dentrix electronic record keeping including appointment scheduling, charting, and software maintenance
Deliver excellent patient care through good customer service
Maintain clinic compliance with infection control and healthcare safety guidelines
Participate in training to increase efficiency with digital dentistry workflows
