Dental Hygienist

Qualifications:
PA Registered Dental Hygienist license
A current CPR certification
Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and fluoride
Take digital x-rays
Chart dental conditions based on dentist's observations and evaluations
Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Doctor’s Schedule:
Tuesday: 8am-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-12pm
Hygienists are required to arrive a little before the first patient and will need to stay 10-15 minutes after their last patient leaves to finish chart notes and sterilization
Lunch is 12pm-1pm, unpaid, T-TH. It may vary depending on the last patient of the morning.

Additional Notes:
Scrubs will be purchased by the office for new employees
Doctor evaluates their production and collections quarterly and will give a bonus to their employees when goals are met.
