Job Description
Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Chesterbrook Dental Associates Phoenixville is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a friendly, supportive environment where both patients and team members feel valued.
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
Starting at $50.00 per hour
Higher compensation may be available based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings
Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients
Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License
Local anesthesia certification preferred but not required
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
Experience with dental software preferred but not required (Denticon)
