Our appointment times are not rushed - 90 minute new patient and 60 minute recall appointments.

Responsibilities

Comfort and build rapport with patients

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, ensuring optimal oral health for patients

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups

Perform periodontal assessments and charting, documenting findings accurately in patient records

Assist in the education of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences

Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care

Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and documentation review

Qualifications

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

Commitment to compliance (OSHA, CDC, HIPAA)

Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)

Desire for continuous learning and professional growth

Commitment to a five-star patient experience

This is an hourly non-exempt position offering an extremely competitive wage + SIGNING BONUS, aligned with skills and experience. We provide WEEKLY BONUS incentives, COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES, and meaningful ways to serve our community together as a team. Our schedules can be very flexible. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
