Our award-winning private practice is seeking a Dental Hygienist that shares our
passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

You will be set up for immediate success as a Hygienist with a full schedule, a newer
state-of-the-art facility, a collaborative team, and ample time for every patient
appointment.

hiking, fishing and skiing. Our town is a well-kept secret with stunning views and a
thriving downtown, yet accessible to cities such as Charlotte and Asheville. We will
assist with relocation for the right person to complete our team.

What you’ll do as a Hygienist:
 Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in
accordance with all state dental board requirements
 Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal
disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between
periodontal conditions and overall systemic health
 Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to
develop the appropriate treatment plan
 Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional
patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
What you’ll bring :
 Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse
actions
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
 Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software
