Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Dental Hygienist to join our small, tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality dental care and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Administer local anesthetics as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Patient Education:
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Provide recommendations on oral health products and practices.
Discuss treatment plans and follow-up care with patients.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Must have local anesthesia module.
Experience:
Three years experience minimum in a dental office.
Experience with EMS guided biofilm therapy a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in dental software and technology.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Hours:
Full-time position
No evening or weekend shifts
