Monday -Wednesday
7.5 hr shifts , 1 day till 7 pm , 2 days till 5pm

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental hygiene, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional oral health services while fostering a positive patient experience. Candidates with experience in Dentrix, orthodontics, pediatrics, or bilingual abilities are highly valued. A background in dental assisting and familiarity with medical terminology will be considered advantageous. Responsibilities
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental management software
Provide support with orthodontic or pediatric treatments when necessary
Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate patient care plans
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patients
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
Proficiency with Dentrix or other dental management software is highly desirable
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is advantageous
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations
Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
