Smile Moore Dental is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC.

We are a privately owned, relationship-driven dental practice focused on providing comprehensive, personalized care in an environment where patients feel known, heard, and genuinely cared for.

We believe hygiene is much more than "cleaning teeth." Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health, identify disease early, and make informed decisions about their overall dental health.

We take a comprehensive approach to dentistry and place a strong emphasis on prevention, periodontal health, patient education, photography, digital technology, and conservative treatment.

You’ll work alongside a doctor and team who value collaboration between hygiene and restorative dentistry. We want our hygienists to have the time, technology, and support necessary to provide excellent care, not simply move patients through the schedule.

We're looking for someone who:
Is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in North Carolina
Provides exceptional clinical care while creating genuine relationships with patients
Is confident diagnosing and communicating periodontal disease
Enjoys educating patients rather than simply completing procedures
Is comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and helping patients understand the "why" behind their care
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Values photography, technology, and continuing education
Wants to continue learning and growing clinically
Works well as part of a small, highly collaborative team
Takes ownership of their schedule, patients, and results

Monday–Wednesday 8:00-5:00
Thursday 8:00-3:00
No evenings or weekends.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
