Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time
Greater Richmond Dentistry | Chesterfield, VA
Greater Richmond Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our modern, fully digital practice. We are a technology-driven office with organized systems, advanced equipment, and a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Provide preventive, periodontal, and maintenance care
Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Conduct periodontal charting and comprehensive periodontal assessments
Perform scaling and root planing when clinically indicated
Take digital radiographs in accordance with Virginia regulations
Provide oral health education and preventive services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications
Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Dentrix Ascend experience preferred
