Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Cheyenne team! We welcome new grads!
Our busy state of the art periodontal practice is searching for a part time or full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, friendly, reliable person who can communicate and interact well with patients and staff and provide high quality work. Must be proficient with computers and skilled at customer service.

· Positive, honest, patient-centered and straightforward fee for service working environment free from dental insurance pressures and unreasonable productivity expectations, focusing on quality relationship-based care.
The RDH is not only a skilled clinician but also:
· Educates patients to help them achieve their full oral health potential
· Serves as a leader in infection control and clinical safety practices, advising the team in coordination with the doctors
· Provides compassionate, high-quality care while fostering strong patient relationships.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Proficiency in scaling, root planing, radiographs, anesthesia, and Nitrous Oxide administration
· Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control regulations
· Standard office equipment/software (Microsoft, Google Workspace, Dentrix Ascend, computer, printer)
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
