Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Flexible Start | Ravenswood, Chicago
Pay: $53–$60 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2–4 days per week (flexible)

We currently operate two full hygiene columns and are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and consistency in their daily work.

Position Details
Flexible schedule: 2–4 days per week
No evenings or weekends
Single hygiene column (assisted hygiene available if preferred)
60-minute appointments, adjusted based on patient needs
Strong periodontal focus, including D4346, SRP, periodontal maintenance, and comprehensive patient care
Compensation & Benefits
$53–$60 per hour, depending on experience
Sign-on bonus available
Flexible temp-to-permanent pathway:
Start as a temporary team member to ensure a mutual fit
Transition to a permanent W-2 position if desired
Low-pressure opportunity to evaluate the practice before committing
