Job Description
Title - Dental Hygienist
1 day of work a week - Starting off with one day per week of your choice, can be built up to multiple days over time
Privately owned professional environment (not corporate)
Prefer 2 years experience - will train if you are motivated!

We are a small, close-knit team that is passionate about working together to provide the highest quality dental care to our patients. We take pride in creating a welcoming, respectful environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for. While we each have our own responsibilities, we believe in helping one another when things get busy so our days run smoothly, our patients receive excellent care, and we all finish on time.
The ideal candidate is confident in delivering thorough preventive and periodontal care, obtaining diagnostic radiographs, educating patients on oral health, and recognizing conditions that should be brought to the doctor's attention. You should be comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, explaining the importance of preventive care, and helping patients feel informed and at ease.
We're looking for someone who has:
Current Illinois Dental Hygiene License
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
A gentle, compassionate chairside manner
Excellent communication and patient education skills
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
A great sense of humor and the ability to leave drama outside the workplace
A commitment to providing outstanding care and continuously growing professionally
