Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $60–$65/hour, based on experience

We are a growing, modern dental practice in Columbia, MD, looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team!
We are a family-friendly office with a wonderful team, recently renovated office, and upgraded state-of-the-art technology. We believe in providing excellent patient care while creating a positive, supportive environment for our team.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
Perform adult and child prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
Take digital X-rays as indicated
Perform periodontal charting and assessments
Provide oral hygiene education and individualized patient recommendations
Identify and communicate dental and periodontal concerns to the dentist
Perform intraoral digital scanning as part of our Invisalign screening process
Educate patients about preventive, periodontal, and restorative treatment
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Help create a comfortable and positive patient experience
Work collaboratively with the dentist and entire team
What We're Looking For
Current Maryland Dental Hygiene license
CPR certification
Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Warm, friendly personality and excellent chairside manner
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using digital dental technology
Willingness to learn and grow
What We Offer
