What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting, risk assessments, and oral cancer screenings
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
Partner closely with the doctor to identify treatment needs and support comprehensive care
Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients of all ages
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of infection control
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve patient care and office systems
What We're Looking For
Previous dental hygiene experience that will help you thrive in this role
Current Ohio Dental Hygienist license
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients of all ages
Positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills
Dependable, organized, and motivated to continue learning
