We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and detail-oriented hygienist to help us deliver outstanding care to our growing patient base.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Take and process digital radiographs; maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
Prepare and maintain operatories to meet the highest sterilization and infection control standards
Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure an efficient, positive, and seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professional work ethic
Additional certifications relevant to dental hygiene or patient care is a plus
